Trying to pin down cfx-959

I'm trying to make an Aegis test case for CXF-959. However, when I
obtain the WSDL as a DOM tree, the namespace prefix definitions don't
see to be in residence. At least, XOM is having trouble locating them
via an XPath query. Anyone have something to remind me of, like the
prefixes don't really live in the DOM tree but have to be located some
other way?
