Traffic Server PPA

Hello Happy People o/~


using Arno Töll (daemonkeeper)'s debian package sources[1], I created
a Ubuntu PPA for their latest supported LTS releases (precise & trusty)

You can find it here:

   https://launchpad.net/~apache-helpdesk/+archive/ubuntu/trafficserver-ppa

Currently it only contains the latest (5.0.0) version and only builds for
x86 and amd64 (launchpad doesn't support arm yet).

Please note:
 I'm not planning on adding no pre-releases.
 This is not an official Apache Supported Release™.

Feedback is highly welcome.
