ms soap/ apache

Hi, i am new to this group so pardon me if this has already been aasked
before: i am trying to have ms soap 2.0/vb on client and apache/soap on
server. the apache is rejecting all soap requests from the ms soap with
a "message could not be sent to its destination" is there a difference
in the soap implementation between ms and apache?? is there a
work-around that?? any comments/hints/directions would be greatly
appreciated.
