DNSEval.pm fixes


Fixed a few issues with DNSEval.pm, any comments for the first one especially?

- Trusted relays should not be checked in (non-nice?) RBLs. When -lastexternal
was a trusted host, it was still checked.

- num_check_received was not checked for -notfirsthop

- Redundant check removed --> if (scalar @ips + scalar @originating > 0) {
