updated site docs

I updated the site docs, because I noticed that the site
already had a reference to an unreleased Avalon Framework.

The correct version for the next Framework release should
be 4.0.1 as opposed to 4.1.  There are very minor differences
between the two.  Also, the "unreleased" status has been
updated to be "unreleased: current CVS" so that users know
how to get a hold of it.
