   https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/2203 removes the thread local `CallContext.CURRENT_CONTEXT`
   
   which is probably biggest offender in the codebase as `PolarisEclipseLinkMetaStoreSessionImpl` is tied to a specific persistence impl
