I tried to create a new mailing list, notifications@jclouds.incubator.apache.org, last week, via https://infra.apache.org/officers/mlreq/incubator. The list should replace issues@j.i.a.o, and should be subscribed to the commits@j.i.a.o list as well. I'm a member, so I was able to submit the form, but the list has not yet been created and I don't know how to find out the progress on the task. Thanks.
