Unable to Run James IMAPSERVER
Folks,
I am working from the distribution
http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/view/James/job/james-server-trunk-m2/
I am using eclipse with m2clipse, I can do a "run as - maven package" from
the GUI and it builds successfully...
****I really can't figure out how to run the IMAP Server from the gui ***
My institution would really like to use JAMES Server's IMAP capability but
I am stuck... How do I proceed?
Thanks for your help,
Robert

Hi Robert
after you build James you need to extract the zip or gz which is
located in spring-deployment/target to a proper place.
Then change to the conf directory of the extracted James and adjust
the config for your needs. After everything is ok change to the bin
folder and start James with the run script
hope this helps
bye
Norman
