Apache mod_actions (Win32) Install problem

Please help.
I've just reached the last step of installing JDK, JSDK, Apache , JServ &
Cocoon and have now to add the:
"LoadModule action_module /path/to/mod_actions.so" directive to httpd.conf.

My only problem is that I didn't get a "mod_actions.so" (nor an
"ApacheModuleActions.dll" - if that is what the line is supposed to read?)
file in the Win32 distro I got from Apache.org.
Please could someone kindly mail me the file or point me to a URL to
download it?
