Date header in mail sent by Ant

Hello All,

It seems that <mail> task generates incorrect 'Date:' header
in Ant 1.5betaX.

* Ant 1.4.1 generates: (correct)
Date: Thu, 06 Jun 2002 19:15:28 +0300 (EEST)

* Ant 1.5betaX generates: (incorrect)
Date: Thu Jun 06 19:15:28 EEST 2002

It causes bug during displaying Sent/Created field
in some mailers
(at least in my mailer the minutes influence on year,
so I see year==2015 in case of examples above).
