Thanks, sorry for not checking faq first. Route to xml.apache.org 
from my location is very slow. It is faster to ask list.

What shoud I do (I need some high level hints e.g.: look at this and 
this class, implements this and this) to add support of Cp-1250 
encoding to Xalan?
