[s2] REST and Plugin ideas

After ApacheCon (slides from my REST talk available [1] ), I had on my
mind a few projects that I'm thinking about working in no particular
order.  Anyone interested in REST and/or Struts 2 Plugins, give it a
look and please chime in with your ideas.
