Can I get you to fill out https://infra.apache.org/officers/mlreq for zest? Once I see this request go through, I'll run the script that creates the mailing lists.

Also, could you create a parent ticket for Zest's TLP stuff? there's a few things out of the scope of this ticket and INFRA-9297 that needs to be addressed.
