Bug re last modified 1970

Hi

It seems to me that the last modified date is not being updated resp. is 
set to 1970 when edited through WebDAV,
whereas the last modified can be seen at, e.g.

http://127.0.0.1:8080/lenya/default/authoring/index.html?lenya.usecase=tab.overview

Can anyone confirm this?
