Questions about using https:// with Axis2

Hi, i am a newcomer to Axis2 looking for answers to a couple of simple 
questions of using https:// with Axis2:

1.) How can I generate a https:// replyTo EPR?

2.) And how do I specify the SSL configuration like keystores/truststores 
for both outbound and inbound flows? Is there any documentation that 
describes the procedure?
