The Universal Recommender v0.6.0

This is a major release with several new features. Get tag 0.6.0 or pull from the master branch here: https://github.com/actionml/universal-recommender <https://github.com/actionml/universal-recommender> The AML doc site the the UR is being updated so be patient, most docs still apply with a version # change.

Support for ES5 is in a PR but will be in 0.6.1, several week away.
