    Implement optimizer and execution layers for UNION and INTERSECT.

    This PR implements the logical and physical layers to support UNION and INTERSECT operations, and also creates a new UnionAllOperator to do UnionAll operation.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/Terranlee/incubator-quickstep union-operator-execute

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-quickstep/pull/231.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
