This is caused by a "regression" in trunk (r589343 ( https://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi?view=rev&rev=589343 ). Maybe bug 34602 should be
reopened, because the committed patch there (r573831 ( https://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi?view=rev&rev=573831 ) works.
The problem with r589343 ( https://svn.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi?view=rev&rev=589343 )seems to be that ap_escape_path_segment() is used now.
