Additional comments:
h6. Caches Screen
# Need to be able to select cluster from caches screen
# Store section:
## Need to move write-behind as a sub-section into the Store section
## We should not hide write-behind fields if _"enabled"_ checkbox is not turned on (simply make them un-editable).
# Queries section:
## _"Index key-value type pairs"_ sub-section should be specified on the metadata screen (they are used for generating metadata).
## _"Escape table and field names"_ checkbox should be moved to the bottom.
## _"Off-heap cache..." text field will become redundant soon, once IGNITE-950 is fixed.

h6. Metadata Screen

# Blank Metadata screen (w/o any metadata) should not have a Save button
