Similar as the WebUI console, the dashboard should implement query logical plans

Two guidelines: 
 * EXPLAIN command.
 * Dedicated UI Button to evaluated the Query attached to the Input Query.

Output the different query logical plans ( normal, optimized ).
 * Text Mode
 * Visual Graphs Mode
