+APIs are not stable yet, major changes:
+- plexus component has been altered to handle resolution of multiple artifacts
+- DependencyBuilder has been changed to handle global inclusion/exclusion lists
+- Virtual Repository exception handling has been changed to correctly report back
+ missing metadata, yet process multiple repositories correctly
