Not sure why need two same variable for BZIP_DOWNLOAD
https://github.com/apache/doris/blob/master/thirdparty/vars.sh#L129
I think it is bug, since local build usually failed for that. but not sure if github webhook build work as expected.
And maybe there is some history reason for that, But I am not sure if it is meaningful way for that?

one meaningful BZIP_DOWNLOAD is enough

just download master code and build.sh
