OpenOffice login

Hello,
 I forgot my password and user name. My email address is
kenmcgrath661@gmail.com. I would like to know how to unlock a sheet or
cell. when I try it ask for a password. I am talking about a template I
downloaded from your suite called Loan Amortization Schedule.
