More OS packages, please!

Could Kafka please publish more OS packages, so it's easier for people to
install?

* Gentoo/emerge
* RedHat/rpm
* Debian/apt

Confluent Platform includes RPM and Debian packages:
http://www.confluent.io/download We tag them a bit differently due to
different release schedules, but the CP builds are entirely open source and
effectively map directly to Apache releases. Check out
http://docs.confluent.io/3.0.0/installation.html for installation
instructions. We even open source the packaging bits:
https://github.com/confluentinc/kafka-packaging
