Tomcat and AXIS on PDA

Hi ,
        Is there any TOMCAT & AXIS release to be installed on a PDA
(HP 5500) devise with a specs 400mhz processor and 128mb ram. Actually
i want to execute a semantic web service on a pda device.

Could anybody help me in suggesting the appropriate set of softwares required.
