Improve the documentation of exporting sync methods

Today I found some complain about the feature of exporting sync methods. https://github.com/alibaba/weex/issues/2790

So I created a pr to improve documentation of this feature,  which add some notices and code examples(both native and js)  https://github.com/apache/incubator-weex/pull/181

Anyone can review this and merge it to dev branch?
