Catalog url not working; change http -> https

Dear maven team,

please change the catalog url to "https" to prevent users from getting 
errors when trying to use the url e.g. inside ther IDE.

*http*://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/archetype-catalog.xml

from

https://maven.apache.org/archetype/archetype-models/archetype-catalog/archetype-catalog.html

Already done with e33c45eb48915697f5b793c8a659052c9b87a4ff[1]
However, these would normally be visible with the next release.
I've been able push some specific pages.
