New committer: Fred am Nil (`freeandnil`)
The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Logging Services has
invited Fred am Nil to become a committer and we are pleased to announce
that they have accepted! 🎉
They have been a long time Log4Net contributor and I am very happy to see
them stepping up to become a maintainer for it. Logging Services
<https://logging.apache.org> is more than Log4Net; we have Log4j, Log4cxx,
and several other projects. I am looking forward to their contributions to
all these projects! 🚀
