We too are receiving the same error....
Using Apache 2.0.45 with mod_proxy on Win2K SP3 256 MB RAM. The load is on the
server as this is the gateway proxy and is configured with 450 worker threads.
Downstream Trend Micro WebManager (web filter) uses this proxy to send requests
to the Internet.
Here is the excerpt from the error log file....
