    Description: 
It is needed to add an access to the IgniteMBeanManager via KernalContext. It helps to access the IgniteMBeanManager in the same way as for other Ignite components, and allows Ignite components to register needed MBeans from their own implementations.

It's also proposed to refactor MBeans registration to be performed explicitly via IgniteMBeanManager.
