[jira] [Created] (FELIX-3735) Store initialization not always performed

J.W. Janssen created FELIX-3735:
-----------------------------------

Summary: Store initialization not always performed
                 Key: FELIX-3735
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-3735
             Project: Felix
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: User Admin
            Reporter: J.W. Janssen

If the store is started after the useradmin bundle itself, its initialization is not performed causing it to remain empty. In fact, it will overwrite the existing store upon restart, causing it to be emptied...
