Marking translation review tasks as bite-sized

Hi.

The issue #2003 was created to archive the pt_BR.po file while
there are not reviews for this work. Is it ok to mark this issue
as "bite-sized"? I guess people first look for these tasks when
they want to help. I think this applies to issue #2002 too.

I'd suggest a new keyword. Translation requires a significantly different
skill set than programming.
