<pctony> gav, oddly, this is a non-issue via infrabot.  I can add successive 'wfu' comments without triggering the workflow action. I suspect this is a UI issue. I'll see if I can tweak the workflow to allow it to stay in WFU as an option, but not as the default.

> When commenting on an INFRA Jira ticket that is in WFU , that issue automatically transitions into WFI.That is fine if the ticket comment was from the User/reporter, but if it is an Infra comment (yes it is likley we would comment more than 2 or 3 times before a user reply) then we would want the ticket to remain in WFU.
