UserPref not working

Hi All,
	I am unable to get the Preferences settings window. I have added
3-4 preferences using "UserPref" tag, but when I click on "Settings"
link, nothing is being displayed. Can someone let me know how to make
these preferences working, Because I need them urgently in my gadget. I
am using java version of Shindig.
