namespaces.tdml  file exists in daffodil-test in two places. 

src/test/resources/org/apache/daffodil/section06/namespaces.tdml
src/test/resources/test space/test1/namespaces.tdml
(note that filename has a space in the name "test space")

They have a lot of similarity and much identical content. 

Redundant tests should be removed.
