*Summary*

The goal of this task is to implement the read only mode. It should be possible to pass an initialization paramenter to disable / enable editing capabilities.
*Description*

At this point of the implentation it should be possible to move nodes and edges. the idea is to disable all the editing capabilities in the canvas by setting and initialization flag.
With the read-oly mode enabled it should not be possible to move nodes and edges, or peforform any operation that implies in updating the model.
However, it should be possible to select nodes and edges.
*Testing*
-----
Run the component and open a valid workflow from storybook.
It should not be possible to perform editing operations or move nodes and edges.
Selection, and navigation shall work.
