> oozie.service.PurgeService.purge.limit is currently documented as "Completed Actions purge - limit each purge to this value" which is misleading and may induce usage of wrong settings. Something like "Batch size of individual DB operations used when building the list of items to be purged and performing actual purge" seems more appropriate.
