Implementing catch-all exception handling - ???

Does anyone know how to implement a catch-all exception handling? On the 
rare occasion an exception occurs in my application I want to make sure I do 
not show the user the exception stack trace. I would like to show them 
something more friendly.

I am using the latest Tomcat version.
