It's good that the download page includes a link to the KEYS file along with detaisl of how to use it.

However the link in the "Verifying Downloads" box should not be to SVN dist; instead it should be to 

https://www.apache.org/dist/cloudstack/KEYS

Also all the KEYS, PGP, MD5 and SHA links should use https rather than http please.
