Confirmed on https://sourceforge.net/p/mpqc/code/ci/430da26a162e8ce71bae079b5bd453b6f5b33827/tarball and a few others.

Some snapshots seem to work okay though, like https://sourceforge.net/p/mpqc/code/ci/bd79d3b72ca12978659941377e34de6fc2703c85/tarball
