The Lua filter has been updated for Twill so it does not add the Attic dic unless it finds </header> in the HTML (as is done for some other sites). This excludes Javadoc pages. However, the CDN cache means that the updated page may not be seen for a while, unless one forces a fetch, e.g. by adding a query:

https://twill.apache.org/apidocs/index.html?1234

This now displays the page, but there are Attic banners for the frames [this is because they are still cached.]
This suggests a better fix for Javadocs: only add the banner to some of the Javadoc pages, assuming these can be distinguished.
