   Perform a DAG Import Errors list items as collapsible spoiler-type at collapsed state.
   Title of each spoiler block may be a first line of traceback error, dag_id or dag full filename (or pair of them)

   When amount of DAG import errors becomes huge(see screenshot below) it is hard to find a necessary import error or maybe, compare errors of different DAGs. Of course, it can be done by using of web page find.. but when un-collapsed list is huge, it is inconvient
