[HELP] Problem: Win32Tomcat vs. Linux-Tomcat

Hi all,

I have a little problem with the Tomcat 3.1 version for Win32 and 
Linux - or should I say: between.

I develop my JSP-Codes and Beans with Win and I test the Scripts 
there, too. Wonderfull, they're running!
But: even when I put the codes to the production machine (a Linux-
Computer with also a Tomcat 3.1), and click at the links (*.jsp-
Files), I get the following Errormessage:

Example 1:
> org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to compile class for
> JSPwork/localhost_8080%2Fcdh/_0002fcdhadmin_0002flogin_0002einc_0002ej
> splogin_0002einc_jsp_2.java:120: Invalid escape character.

etc.
Funny: I didn't escaped this code, it's a String! Funny two: since 
when we do escape brackets?

Example 2 (it seems the same Error):
