   - the sign key will vary for every releases. the signing key is the release manager's pgp key.
   - here is the verification process: http://www.apache.org/info/verification.html
   - here is the bookkeeper's key file: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/bookkeeper/KEYS
