Lucy is currently under "Lucene", a legacy of starting out as a subproject of Lucene 10 years ago.  Clownfish doesn't have a category.  Please set them both to "Lucy".

(The immediate benefit is to help reporter.apache.org generate correct statistics for the Lucy report template.)
