                add-supportion-for-parsing-host-and-port-options-when-construct-ConnectionImpl.patch

the first patch makes the setOption function of amqp0_10::ConnectionImpl can parse host and port options which are provided by user.
the second patch make the construction function of client::Connection to use port provided by user to overwrite default value
