Improvement in Drill unit test cases

I have pushed few commits to my
merge-140512<https://github.com/adityakishore/incubator-drill/tree/merge-140512>branch
which reduces the test memory consumption from excess of 13GiB to a
little over 2 GiB.

All current test case (with exception of JsonRecordReader2Test which is
unrelated and fails intermittently and has been disabled) are GREEN.

We could start using Travis CI for builds.
