Re: [DISCUSS] OODT 0.3 Release Candidate

Hey Andrew,

How's progress on this? Chris finished off the Maven Central issue and updated the release documentation so at this point just following the document should be all thats required. If you're swamped at the moment I can volunteer to roll a release candidate on Friday.

Thanks,
Paul

The previous release managers have updated that document as they have gone along and its a great starting point. I think we should definitely get https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OODT-129 resolved which will require some updates to the release process. Cameron has already started part of this by submitting an infra ticket (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-3591) but as the 0.3 release manager you will likely be the first to test it out.

OK, promise last one, I wrapped up OODT-191 (since it was a blocker). All done! 0.3 RC time!

Cheers,
Chris

OK guys, I cleaned up JIRA tonight, we've got 53 resolved issues and no outliers (I pushed the remaining 53 to 0.4).

It's RC time (kind of like Miller-time, which it'll be after 0.3 ships!) :-)

Cheers,
Chris

Hey Guys,

I got swamped this weekend in preparation for my camping trip. I'll be gone for the next few weeks until June 8th. If there's no movement by then I'll take up the shovel.

Thanks,
Paul
