As a side note, the code at
http://www.acknowledge.co.uk/snippets/java/code_examples/xml/validatingschema.ht
ml seems to work fine. I would think that it is a JDOM bug, but it specifically
is giving a ClassCastException in Xerces. Downloaded the source, but error
report doesn't show line number that is causing the problem (probably built
without -g).
