Java HL for Subversion
Anyone know where the JAVA HL binaries ( platform specific ) or source code
can be downloaded from ?

It also says that the CollabNet packages all include JavaHL, and it
also points to SlikSVN as another provider of Windows binaries for
64-bit Windows. So if you only need a solution for Windows, than both
the CollabNet and SlikSVN downloads for Windows provide the JavaHL DLL
(actually it also include in the tigris download but in its own zip).
Most apps choose to embed the Java portion in their app itself, and
since that part is cross platform you can just build the Java yourself
or grab it anywhere.

providing some package other than subclipse for this IMNSHO
because not everyone is using eclipse

Well then let him know that the page tells you where to get JavaHL as
well as how to use it. I wrote it for Subclipse users because those
users generally need to go get it from a binary distribution.

I was asking for someone else so your right "I" did not read the page the
guy creating the application was asking about it. I was only the middle man
